About Us

JW Civil LLC was founded in 2022 by Jacob Wareham. We provide civil construction services for Arizona, including earthwork, site work, mass excavations, and underground utilities. We are SBE Certified for Pima County and the City of Tucson. 

Jacob Wareham began operating heavy equipment at a young age, having watched his father and grandfather succeed in the civil construction industry. After high school, Jake started working in supervisory positions in civil construction and had the opportunity to travel the western United States working for gas and oil companies. Mr. Wareham has worked for an international tower company providing cellular towers in remote areas and mountain sides, and he is even part of the Pennsylvania Local 66 Operators Union. 

  For the past several years, however, Jacob has remained in Arizona and has committed himself to improving our local community. He has served as a project superintendent for vertical multifamily construction and, prior to JW Civil, he served as the Civil Construction Manager for a national firm based in Tucson. There, he oversaw projects ranging from track drilling through limestone on thousand-acre solar fields, the development of new RV parks in Amado, large 100+ lot subdivisions in Phoenix and Tucson, installation of turnkey lift stations, utility repairs, mine work and dozens of other jobs across central and southern Arizona.

Mr. Wareham's experience, knowledge, and the relationships he has established in our local community will be an asset to any project. At JW Civil, we value safety first, quality construction, and we pride ourselves in the ability to take a job from paper plan sheets to realization.
